Port Jefferson is great for a self tour. Take in the beauty
of the shore and the many old houses and shops, as well as
the gardens that lie in this quaint town. Or visit the Museums
at Stony Brook to see the many displays of the "older
means of transportation". The Hamptons, on the south
shore, is also an area of attraction, especially to many key
individuals.
